As the Community Outreach Manager at Marra & Glick ABA, Jean Castelli works closely with the clinical and administrative teams, as well as public school districts and families to help ensure that individuals on the autism spectrum are empowered to thrive.
Before retiring from her post as the Assistant to the Superintendent for Special Education and Student Support Services in Massapequa, New York, Jean’s career encompassed all levels of leadership, development, and management for educational programs for students with disabilities for one of the largest districts in Nassau County. Believing passionately in the power of education to expand human potential, Jean succeeded in developing model programs and services for students of all abilities, with a focus on academic, social and emotional success.
Jean is a creative and highly experienced educator with more than a thirty-year tenure as a teacher, building principal and district level administrator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health, Physical Education & Recreation from Penn State University, a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Queen’s College, as well as a master’s degree in Educational Administration from LIU-Post.
