Dr. Kerry Conde

Kerry Ann had an early start in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) – as a teenager, she provided 1:1 ABA services to a young child with autism. She continued to provide services while attending college and her passion for ABA ignited when she committed to pursuing a career in the field. Kerry Ann brings a wealth of experience serving clients from ages 2-22 in center-based, in-home, and school-based programs. Kerry Ann is passionate about staff and parent training to ensure individuals with autism and related disabilities receive the highest quality ABA programming.

As Chief Clinical Officer at Marra and Glick, Kerry Ann oversees all clinical programming. She is responsible for ensuring that all clients receive evidence-based services from qualified BCBAs/LBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Kerry Ann also provides clinical support in the areas of training and cutting-edge research. Kerry Ann hopes to continue research as she grows with the company and helps to support their dynamic team.

Kerry Ann is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral level and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York. Kerry Ann holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from St. Joseph’s College, a Master’s of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University, and a PhD in Behavior Analysis from Western New England University. Kerry Ann completed her pre- and postdoctoral internships through Trumpet Behavioral Health in Colorado and Arizona in which she served as a Senior Clinician and Postdoctoral Fellow. Kerry Ann has served as a reviewer for 4 of the top peer-reviewed behavior analytic journals and has co-authored several projects, 3 of which have been published in peer-reviewed journals. Kerry Ann taught as an adjunct professor for 3 years while at Western New England and serves as a Lecturer at St. Joseph’s College in their Advanced Certificate in ABA program. Kerry Ann formerly served as the Approved Course Sequence Coordinator for the St. Joseph’s ABA program and as a Consumer Liaison for the Association for Science in Autism Treatment (ASAT).
